I just want to say thank you so much for your obviously amazing ability to help! My boyfriend, well fiance I should now say, was just transferred for work to Fresno and I am still in Illinois. He just had a week of training in Kansas City which is where his family is from so I drove down to spend the week and Memorial Day weekend with him. And to my surprise I was presented with one your BEAUTIFUL rings as he asked for my hand in marriage! All my friends are engaged and newly married and to be honeset everyone's rings are basically the same and no detail. I can't stop looking at my hand because this is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen!

This is a letter telling you how much I enjoy your services.
A few months ago one of my parents brought in a necklace that they needed a replica of. That necklace was for me, their daughter. I got that necklace when my father took me to Chicago. I was very happy because he chose to take me instead of my mom.
That necklace meant the world to me. So it was very important that I got another one made that looked very close to the original so I could wear it. That was the only thing I wanted for my birthday last year.
The end result was that the new necklace turned out beautiful and I absolutely loved it. The original is put away so that it doesn't get damaged. I wear the new necklace everywhere and am happy with it. I just wanted to tell you thanks for doing such a great job hand-crafting the necklace for me.

Dear Friends at Warner's Jewelers,
First, let me take this opportunity to thank you for your incredible kindness of "jumping through hoops" in regards to getting my husband's Rolex fixed for him before his deployment in Iraq with the United States Marine Corps. Then the incredible gesture of absorbing the cost was beyond anything we had imagined or expected. We were (and still are) humbled by your generosity.
Your Customer Service Representative Rachael Caputo is a treasure. Her warmth and professionalism was incredible and I hope Warner's knows how very lucky they are to have her.
Your watch man (I apologize for not remembering his name, Ken?) also was lovely in putting on the part while we waited. Again, thank you.
Your company has shown us a gift so rarely seen in today's world, generosity and pariotism givem out quietly without expecting anything in return. Warner is a very rare gem indeed.

What a lovely time I had today as part of the Women's Leagues visit to your lovely new store.
Many thanks to our erstwhile "tour guide" and to the ladies who so graciously answered inquiries and even gave some ladies an opportunity to wear what they've never worn as their own!
The lunch was spectacular - kudos to your caterer and attentive servers.
Lastly, thank you for the gift bag (we can always use a fresh jewelry polishing cloth) and the $50 discountcard - I hope to use it at graduation time.
You are classy hosts. We wish you much success in your expansion.

On behalf of the Fresno CREW membership and myself, we thank you for the wonderful luncheon you and your staff at Warner Co. provided for us yesterday.
Since our mission statement is "To support and encourage Women in the field of Commercial Real Estate", it is equally encouraging to see women in other fields excelling to great heights.
The Warner Co. story is interesting and relevant to our members. We were excited to see the new development within the Palm Bluffs Business Park and will be sure to keep our eyes and ears open to potential Tenants we can send your way.
