The responsibilities for our team of Bench Jewelers, Designers, and Watch Repair Technicians include:

• Providing efficient, quality jewelry repair services, both simple and complex
• Performing while-you-wait services, such as cleaning and simple repairs, in a timely manner
• Providing assistance and expertise in sales presentations and repair take-in situations – identify necessary repair work and give accurate pricing and time frames

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in jewelry repair, preferably in a retail setting
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to work comfortably with clients
• Flexibility in scheduling, including some evenings and weekends
• Formal training and through GIA and/or Revere Academy is a plus

Compensation is negotiable, depending upon experience and skill level.
