A position in our CLIENT SERVICES department combines both administrative responsibilities and direct contact with clients on our sales floor. This is a team-focused position, with the goal of assisting our sales staff in providing clients with a fun, memorable experience in our store. Job responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and providing assistance to Sales Associates as requested
- Quick, accurate cashiering
- Gift-wrap services
- Interaction with clients both over the telephone and on the sales floor
- Utilizing our computer system and client database to answer questions and generate reports
- Keeping administrative areas organized and properly stocked with supplies
- Light housekeeping duties
The ideal candidate will:
- Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service to every client
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in transactions
- Be able to multi-task and stay focused in a busy environment
- Be team-focused, and willing to participate in special projects
- Be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Experience in high-end retail, bank teller, or hospitality industry is required
