Our New Brown Box

A position in our CLIENT SERVICES department combines both administrative responsibilities and direct contact with clients on our sales floor. This is a team-focused position, with the goal of assisting our sales staff in providing clients with a fun, memorable experience in our store. Job responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients and providing assistance to Sales Associates as requested
  • Quick, accurate cashiering
  • Gift-wrap services
  • Interaction with clients both over the telephone and on the sales floor
  • Utilizing our computer system and client database to answer questions and generate reports
  • Keeping administrative areas organized and properly stocked with supplies
  • Light housekeeping duties

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service to every client
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in transactions
  • Be able to multi-task and stay focused in a busy environment
  • Be team-focused, and willing to participate in special projects
  • Be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience in high-end retail, bank teller, or hospitality industry is required
